My approach

I’m so excited that you would even consider me to be your wedding photographer, I can’t wait to start this journey together!

I consider wedding photography to be an art form. Being part of such an important and special day is a privilege that humbles me every time. No two people are the same, therefore no two weddings are the same and I can say with certainty that I approach each wedding with an open mind and endeavour to create a unique collection for all of my couples.

I find so much joy and excitement in wedding photography.

The way I photograph a wedding is the way I photograph everything and that is with a genuine and enquiring mind and a desire to create wedding photography as an art. I am a storyteller and I always shoot in a very unobtrusive candid style, capturing all the unseen detail and waiting for that perfect moment to unfold.

I LOVE watching the emotions through the day from the excitement of getting ready in the morning, the nerves before you walk through the door to the love of your life to the emotion and relief when you change your vows and start your new life together to the laughter and sheer embarrassment of the speeches after dinner! It’s just such a pleasure to be part of and no wedding is the same in any way, which is exactly how I capture the magic that goes on.

To truly create the story of your day I ask you kindly to truly “go for it!” on your wedding day. This is your one day to celebrate the love you have and the one day you have to capture that together so if I grab you half way through the afternoon when you’re just having your first sip of bubbles to go and catch the most beautiful light outside…then trust me, I will make it worth it!
